Engapuzha is a small town Located in Kozhikode taluka of Kozhikode district in Kerala, India.
It is located about 39km from Kozhikode city.
As of 2001 India census, Engapuzha had a population of 18,205 with 8,944 males and 9,261 females, and the location code or village code of Engapuzha village is 627408.
Puduppady is the grama panchayat of the village which consists of Engapuzha Village and Puduppady village.The 2/3 area of the village is surrounded by hills, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. The area around the village is mostly farmland, with forests of various trees and shrubs covering the hills.
In the hilly areas, the farmers are mostly engaged in rubber and coconut cultivation. They tend to the rubber trees and coconut palms and produce their respective products.
